Operational Finance Assistant, Intercompany SAP

This role involves transaction processing of Intercompany Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, reconciliation, and daily reporting of team performance and Intercompany ageing reports.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily tasks as assigned by process leads.
• Ensure timely matching of Intercompany invoices.
• Perform clean‑up and ageing analysis as needed.
• Communicate with other trading partners to request actions to clear open Intercompany items.
• Execute processes in accordance with specified requirements.
• Ensure compliance with legal provisions applicable to the area of operation.
• Cooperate with other organizational units (e.g., Poland).
• Update, collect, sort, and archive documents generated during operation according to team rules.
• Carry out any other official orders related to the tasks and objectives of the position.
