The Operational Excellence Team Lead plays a pivotal role in advancing Nouryon's commitment to operational excellence. This position is responsible for leading, deploying, and executing Operational Excellence activities across Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) Operations and Supply Chain Management, with a primary focus on manufacturing sites. The Team Lead is instrumental in supporting and coaching Operational Excellence Managers, aligning support needs with Site Leadership teams, coach our Continuous Improvement Managers on the sites and occasionally support other functional teams to enhance their performance
