Job Summary: The Operational Excellence Manager acts as a transformation agent within the Shared Service Center. Using Lean Six Sigma methodologies, you will identify inefficiencies in financial processes and implement solutions to reach best-in-class status.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Improvement: Perform end-to-end As-Is and To-Be analysis for RTR and STP functions.
  • Change Management: Develop and implement change management plans to ensure process updates are well-received and executed.
  • Training: Oversee and deliver end-user training for all process improvements and digital automation tools.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Run process workshops with AU/NZ stakeholders to approve improved workflows.
