Operational Excellence Lead

Responsibilities:

• Manage site industrial and financial performance through daily, weekly, monthly and yearly indicators and tools
• Ensure accuracy of management control and costing information in the ERP system of the site
• Ensure reliability of site gross margin and operating margin expenses during closing process
• Provide all supporting information for closing entries (cut off adjustments, accruals, risk estimate).
• Promote, explain, control Internal Control framework within my perimeter.
• Monitor and drive Internal Control improvement plans to mitigate risks.
• Implement key internal control processes regarding site assets (physical counts, recording and identification procedures, IC Quest).
• Monitor site productivity plans (labor, overheads, material).
• Oversee compliance on a routine basis including TDS, GST, Customs (MOOWR regulation applicable), POSH, ASI data.
