Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Operational Excellence Expert to lead and support our journey towards continuous improvement and sustainable performance. In this role, you will drive impactful Lean initiatives, coach cross‑functional teams, and help foster a culture of excellence across the organization.

In compliance with ISO standards 9001:2015, 14001:2015 and 45001:2023.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization using Lean principles and methodologies.
• Leverage strong knowledge in project management and change management.
• Analyze and target areas of improvement and lead the formation of the team.
