Operational Excellence Assistant – Staffing Planning & Capacity

• Maintain and update operational databases and reports
• Support staffing planning routines, considering store demand and capacity
• Analyze exception requests, following defined criteria and parameters
• Consolidate data and assist in preparing operational analyses and studies
• Interact with store managers to collect, validate, and align information
• Monitor operational KPIs and flag deviations
• Ensure the quality, organization, and reliability of databases
• Support process standardization and continuous improvement of routines

Requirements

• High school diploma (college education in progress preferred)
• Basic Excel skills (spreadsheet editing, simple formulas)
