The Business Excellence Assistant Manager will drive operational excellence initiatives across fabrication and heavy fabrication processes. The role focuses on process optimization, productivity improvement, quality enhancement, cost reduction, and implementation of continuous improvement methodologies across laser cutting, bending, welding, and related manufacturing operations.

Drive Continuous Improvement Initiatives
Lead Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and 5S initiatives across laser cutting, bending, and welding operations to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

Analyze fabrication processes and develop standardized work procedures to improve cycle time, throughput, and operational efficiency.
