About the Role 


We are seeking a motivated student to join our Operational Excellence team as an apprentice in a two-year alternance program. In this role, you will contribute to the digitalization of business processes by applying Lean principles, aiming the improvement of efficiency, and overall business performance. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills while making a meaningful impact on our organization’s operations.


Key Responsabilities

  • Contribute to identifying and digitalizing operational processes to improve efficiency and streamline workflows.

  • Assist in applying Lean methodologies to foster continuous improvement and waste reduction

  • Collaborate with various transformation teams (Marketing, Sales, Development, Supply Chain, etc.) to identify and nurture opportunities for digital transformation.
