Context
We are looking for an Operational Endpoint Engineer to join our team. You will be part of a 10-person team managing the full lifecycle, support, and improvement of endpoints across a leading energy infrastructure company. You ensure devices are delivered, maintained, and tracked efficiently across a fleet of around 3,000 endpoints for 1,500 users. The role combines hands-on staging and lifecycle management with troubleshooting and direct user support.
Missions
- Handle tickets (incidents and requests) assigned to the team, with a focus on device lifecycle issues.
- Troubleshoot software (OS) and hardware-related issues and document the taken steps.
- Coordinate the repairs of hardware issues with vendors.
- Act as a clear, patient, and service-minded contact point for internal customers.
