Operational Buyer - Technical Procurement (Súria)

Role’s purpose

We are looking for an Operational Buyer - Engineering, Contracting & MRO to execute the technical procurement activities aligned with ICL’s general sourcing strategies. This role will be based at Suria, Barcelona (Spain). In this role, your goal will be to lead procurement of indirect services, transactional and sourcing activities including Projects and MRO, responsible for the Site locations in Spain. You will be working in a team of Sourcing Managers and Operational Buyers in this sub-category, your line manager, Hub Procurement Manager, Spain.

Main Responsibilities

• Actively participate in the sourcing activities, with the goal of achieving cost reductions, while maintaining or improving service quality or vendor service levels.
• Participate in Project / Maintenance meetings at Site. Be the focal point of contact stakeholders.
• Prepare purchase orders in ERP system (SAP), follow and update.
