Job Description

  • Strong ability to manage facility management daily operations efficiently, coordinate various tasks and ensure smooth transformation of the process and data collection
  • Ability to understand the Building/Facility operational process, basic building systems, comprehend common issue, and interpret technical information
  • Strong analytical skills to identify issue, analyze situations, and develop practical solutions for facilities-related challenges
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail, crucial for managing requests, tracking issues and maintaining accurate records
  • Knowledge in CMMS / Contract / Microsoft Project / ISO 9001:2015 will be advantageous
  • 2-5 years experience in Operational / Facility Management / Project Management and other related field

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3, RM3,500.00 per month
