Operation Trainee

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily logistics and operations activities (import/export & local shipments)
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams for smooth shipment handling
• Track shipments and provide timely updates to clients
• Maintain operational records and update system data accurately
• Assist in handling operational issues and follow-ups professionally
