Support account opening, & withdrawals
Assist clients with order-related issues & trading operations
Onboard and provide support to partners
Strengthen client relationships through timely reports & updates
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
Who We're Looking For:
Language Skills: Fluent in Chinese/English and one of the following: Korean, Vietnamese Japanese, Thai, or Arabic.
Background in finance, or technology is a plus. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Full working rights for Malaysia or holder of spouse visa in Malaysia with multilingual skills will be a priority.
Tech-savvy, comfortable with CRM systems & office tools
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
