We are looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead daily production activities and manage shop-floor operations. The role involves overseeing shift performance, manpower planning, production targets, quality compliance, and cross-functional coordination to ensure smooth plant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily production and ensure target achievement
- Manage manpower deployment and shift planning
- Monitor efficiency, downtime, and productivity metrics
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
- Coordinate with Planning, Supply Chain, HR, and Maintenance teams
Requirements:
- 3–6 years of experience in manufacturing operations
- Strong leadership and reporting skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel
