Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily transport and terminal operations
  • Monitor staff performance and ensure operational discipline
  • Coordinate with booking, boarding, and dispatch teams
  • Ensure timely departures and smooth operational flow
  • Resolve operational issues and upscale critical matters when required
  • Prepare operational reports and maintain records
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs and service standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (Required)
