Job Summary

Oversee inbound and outbound shipments and ensure compliance with freight forwarding procedures.

Handle staff concerns, mediate conflicts, and implement effective resolutions.
Prepare and submit operational reports such as KPI performance, manpower reports, daily/weekly updates, and other required documentation.
