As part of a future store opening in Basel, we are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Operation Specialist to ensure operational excellence from day one.
You will play a key role in managing back-office operations, optimizing product flow, overseeing delivery processes, and ensuring efficient capacity management, while fully complying with company procedures and Swiss regulations. Your contribution will be essential to support strong commercial performance and a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery & Capacity Management
- Plan and supervise daily deliveries
- Optimize stockroom and sales floor capacity management
- Ensure smooth product flow between stockroom and sales floor
- Anticipate volume fluctuations and adapt resources during peak periods
