Operation Senior Analyst (J251201024)

- Cooperate in product improvement projects based on data analysis, surveys, focus groups, usability tests, and internal reports;

- Analyze relevant data and make business recommendations based on findings and insights;

- Support product development by designing and running tests to measure feature impact, identifying issues, and driving solutions;

- Act as a focal point in rolling out new features/projects and communicating them to relevant stakeholders;

- Build trust-based relationships to ensure transparent communication and alignment with stakeholders across Product, Operations, Marketing, Customer Support, Safety, Legal, and Finance teams in both China and international markets.
