Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and proactive Operations Officer to oversee daily backend operations and ensure smooth store performance across all locations. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling operational and technical issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily backend operations to ensure smooth and uninterrupted store performance
• Monitor and manage utilities (electricity, internet, water, etc.) for all store locations
• Track maintenance issues and ensure timely repairs and follow-ups
• Maintain and update Excel sheets for operational tracking and reporting
