Overview

Position Summary: The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of King George Precision Marketing, Inc. – Tarlac Branch, ensuring efficient and effective management of resources, processes, and personnel to achieve company objectives. This role requires a strong leader with excellent organizational skills and a deep understanding of distribution, logistics, and sales operations.

Responsibilities

• Sales Management: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies. Monitor sales performance and provide support to achieve sales targets. Identify opportunities to expand the customer base and increase revenue.
