As Operations Manager you will be fully responsible for the overall performance, compliance, financial management, and operational excellence of the Distribution Center, ensuring team KPI's are met, you will drive continuous improvement, maintain a strong safety culture, and act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders including authorities, vendors, and country leadership.


Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage and conduct performance reviews and ensure team development plans are in place. Supervisors, Team Leaders, Customer Service Representatives (CSR), and WHS Associates.

  • Monitor team productivity and performance KPIs to ensure targets are consistently met, Drive accountability and foster a high-performance culture.
