Operation Manager

KeyResponsibilities Oversee and manage daily operations across multiple construction and engineering projects. Lead and supervise Project Managers, Site Supervisors, Coordinators, and operational personnel. Manage and optimize deployment of manpower, equipment, vehicles, and resources across project sites. Monitor project progress, productivity, quality standards, and project schedules to ensure timely completion. Liaise with clients, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain strong business relationships. Facilitate effective communication and information exchange between clients and internal project teams. Analyse operational and risk management data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. Assess and implement workflow enhancements to improve efficiency and operational performance.
