Operation Manager

Responsibilities

·       Responsible to plan and manage all the operation functions for retail stores.

·       Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity and customer satisfaction.

·       Conduct regular inspection for outlets to maintain service quality and operational consistency.

·       Monitor and utilize resource allocation to meet business needs and objectives.

·       Identify and address operational issues and implementing corrective measures to minimize disruption.

·       Contribute to the development and implementation of policies, procedures and best practices.

·       Analyze operational data, outlet sales performance and propose recommendation for continuous improvement.

·       Lead and motivate retail operation team, fostering a positive and productive working environment.
