Operation Manager

Experience:

• Collection, packing and processing ops for durians or other fresh produce - fruits/ vegetable
• Sale of fresh produce
• Based at plantation @ Lojing, but flexible to travel to other factory sites
• Proficient with MS Office suites, comfortable with learning and using technology eg. Mobile apps, etc.
• Fast learner and self starter to learn the ropes fast
• Creative problem solver
• Good commercial sense

Responsibilities: 

• Plan and manage entire collection/packing operations: receiving and grading of fruits / sales of fruits to 3rd parties
• Ensure efficient ops (high productivity, low cost) and clearing of fruits on a daily basis, and minimize quality issues (eg. fruit crack etc)
• Ensure fruit quality maintained ie. Proper handling of fruits
• Maximize income on sale of fruits e.g. sales based on best price/ volume
• Ensure sufficient number of 3rd party cus...
