Essential Duties:

Operational Leadership & Governance

·       Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for all forwarding and customs operations.

·       Establish, approve, and enforce operational policies, SOPs, and internal controls.

·       Ensure consistent, compliant, and efficient execution across all operational functions.

Business Strategy & Growth

·       Formulate and execute development strategies to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and increase profitability.

·       Assess and enhance financial, operational, sales, and marketing structures to support scalable and sustainable growth.

·       Partner with senior management to align operational strategy with corporate and commercial objectives.

Customs & Regulatory Oversight

·       Hold ultimate accountability for customs compliance, including K1, K2, K3, K8, K9, ZB1, ZB2, barge, DG, and PKFZ shipments.
