operation Manager

Minimum Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in mechanical field operations
• 3–5 years in a managerial or supervisory mechanical role
• Strong hands‑on experience with rotating and static mechanical equipment
• Proven experience in shutdowns, overhauls, and maintenance planning
• Experience working in remote or field locations preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise day‑to‑day mechanical field operations
• Ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of mechanical equipment (pumps, compressors, generators, HVAC, pipelines, rotating & static equipment)
• Plan, execute, and monitor preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies, safety standards, and company SOPs
• Coordinate with operations, maintenance, logistics, and HSE teams at site
