Job Summary:
Responsible to plan, supervise and monitor operational activities with the objective of improving operational efficiency and achieving operation excellence target within TE Operation Malaysia operating plan and budget.

o Develop and implement the manufacturing related policies and procedures in order to align with government regulation and corporate policy.
People Management and Development
o Allocate and balance work across direct reports, authorize subordinate to perform tasks in order to enhance their capabilities.
o Review and provide timely performance feedback to direct reports.
o Mentor subordinates in daily work, provide technical and non-technical training.
o Develop succession plan and employee development plan and monitor the execution.
