Role Overview

The Operations Associate supports the smooth execution of internship processes. This role focuses on coordination, data handling, and execution—ensuring students, cross-teams, and internship stakeholders stay aligned and on schedule. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working with students, data, and multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with students during internship processes such as resume shortlisting, interviews, training sessions, and assessments.
• Plan and schedule training sessions in coordination with faculty and industry experts.
• Maintain accurate trackers for student progress, interview status, and internship readiness using Google Sheets / Excel.
• Share timely communication with students regarding deadlines, schedules, and next steps.
• Work closely with Academics, faculty, and internship teams to ensure smooth execution.
