Key Responsibilities
Finance & Administration
- Process and record bank transactions for staff payments, reimbursements, and operational expenses
- Prepare, issue, and submit monthly invoices to clients
- Monitor company bank accounts and verify client payments
- Follow up with clients on outstanding invoices and send payment reminders professionally
