The Manager of Operation Improvement is responsible for identifying and driving continuous improvements in operational processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance. This role focuses on data-driven analysis and process optimization with collaborating with multiple departments to implement process improvements and ensure operational excellence.

What You Will Do

  • Analyze existing operational workflows and identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies.
  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives based on data insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Production, Supply Chain, Quality) to recommend and support the execution of improvement projects.
