About the job Operation Executive (Yio Chu Kang)
  • Ensure maintenance contracts are managed in compliance with terms and maintain up-to-date records.
  • Collaborate on contract drafting, records management, and oversight of contractors and their work.

Conduct regular audits to ensure inspections are carried out as required.

  • Review and improve existing systems or implement new systems to streamline department operations (e.g., drawing management, key management, car park management, tenancy management).
  • Assess existing contracts, workflows, SOPs, and forms for improvements and opportunities for digitalization.

Develop new processes for situations without SOPs (e.g., food poisoning, crowd management).

  • Undertake other projects or tasks to enhance departmental effectiveness and compliance.
