Operation Executive

Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive/ Commercial Operations Executive to act as the central coordination point between Sales, Production, Supply Chain and Logistics teams. This role is critical in ensuring seamless order fulfilment from the moment an order is received to final delivery by facilitating clear communication, resolving cross-departmental bottlenecks, and keeping all stakeholders aligned on timelines and priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Order Coordination & Cross-Functional Communication

. Act as the primary liaison between Sales, Production, Supply Chain, and Logistics to ensure smooth order processing from order intake to delivery.

. Track order status across all stages and proactively communicate updates, delays, or issues to relevant stakeholders.
