Job Description
- Coordinate event and project development and setup.
- Communicate with both external stakeholders, such as customers and vendors, and internal colleagues.
- Conduct site surveys and perform quality control checks.
- Plan events and projects.
- Source event suppliers and venues, and provide on-site event coordination.
- Oversee project timelines.
- Plan itineraries and handle reservations and ticket bookings.
- Perform administrative and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
