Operation Executive- Car Rental Process

Responsible for making reservations in the car rental software. billing, coordination with suppliers and administrative functions related to car rental operations.Prior car rental experience will be preferred. - Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook is desired.Provide outstanding customer service and respond quickly to needs and complaints.Communicating with customers to answer questions and address concerns about their reservations or rental vehicles. Capable of handling drivers and vendors query.
