Responsibilities:
- Leads strategic and continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing, supply chain, and operations, driving productivity, quality, and cost optimization
- Lead Lean, Six Sigma, and TPM initiatives to improve OEE and reduce losses.
- Drive cross-functional improvement projects aligned with business OGSM [Objective Goal Strategy & Measures].
- Develop and implement continuous improvement strategy and governance.
- Build problem-solving capability across teams and coach leaders.
- Monitor KPIs and provide insights to senior leadership.
- Lead value engineering, capacity optimization, and digital transformation projects.
- Lead the Daily Management System in the plant.Solve POS audit gaps and achieve target score for the
