Operation Director

The job directly reports to Country Managing Director, matrix reporting to Market Unit Vice President Operations.

This role is accountable for operational performance (including daily productivity management, waste elimination, best practice implementation, and cost of revenue management), customer satisfaction, and team development. The position combines strategic leadership with hands-on operational management to ensure Brink's remains a benchmark for excellence across Singapore markets.

• Champion and lead a Stop and Fix World-Class Operations Management culture transformation by sustaining structured daily tiered accountability meetings and actively encouraging problem-solving among operations stakeholders.
