operations. This role is primarily responsible for managing ad postings while ensuring seamless communication with Arabic-speaking clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ad Posting Management: Accurately handle ad postings for Dubizzle KSA, ensuring compliance with platform guidelines.
  • Client Communication: Engage with Arabic and English-speaking clients via email, chat, and calls to provide assistance and resolve queries.
  • Customer Support: Address customer inquiries efficiently and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of client interactions for future reference.
  • Internal Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to streamline operational workflows.
