Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and organised Operations Coordinator to support the efficient delivery of daytoday operational activities across the business. The role will focus on coordinating crossfunctional tasks managing operational processes maintaining accurate records supporting project delivery and providing a central point of contact for stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely operations.

Key Ownership & Accountability

  • Coordinate and own the execution of operational tasks and workflows ensuring timely completion and adherence to standards.
  • Maintain accurate operational records logs and reports to support decision making and performance tracking.
  • Act as the primary contact for internal teams and external partners for daytoday operational queries and escalations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies health & safety requirements and any applicable regulatory obligations.
