Job Description
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Plan and manage vehicle availability in close supervision of immediate Supervisor to ensure all booking requests are fully met and on time.
Ensure the cleanliness and readiness of booked vehicle for each assignment.
Responsible for vehicle movement including vehicle inspection upon delivery or return either for each booked vehicle or its replacement and report any cases to HQ.
Maintain daily listing of vehicle movement (check in and out) for easy monitoring purposes.
Responsible for handling and entertaining walk-in customers and partners.
