Key Responsibilities:
Operational Support
- Assist in daily operational activities and workflow coordination.
- Support the implementation of operational procedures and policies.
- Monitor operational schedules and ensure tasks are completed on time.
Administration Duties:
- Prepare and maintain operational documents, reports and records.
- Handle data entry and update operational trackers or systems.
- Assist in filling, documents, and record management.
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly operational reports for management review.
- Maintain KPI trackers for operation.
- Check data accuracy across system and spreadsheet.
Coordination & Communication
- Support meetings by preparing materials and taking minutes if needed.
- Communicate operational updates to relevant stakeholders.
