Key Responsibilities:

Operational Support

  • Assist in daily operational activities and workflow coordination.
  • Support the implementation of operational procedures and policies.
  • Monitor operational schedules and ensure tasks are completed on time.

Administration Duties:

  • Prepare and maintain operational documents, reports and records.
  • Handle data entry and update operational trackers or systems.
  • Assist in filling, documents, and record management.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, monthly operational reports for management review.
  • Maintain KPI trackers for operation.
  • Check data accuracy across system and spreadsheet.

Coordination & Communication

  • Support meetings by preparing materials and taking minutes if needed.
  • Communicate operational updates to relevant stakeholders.
