Responsibilities and Duties

• Liaise with other operating departments on the Issuance of the Invoice & Delivery Note process.

• Issuance of the Sales Order and other forms concerning the purchasing of supplies, equipment, products, etc.

• Coordinate the procurement activities, dealing with suppliers and supplier evaluation (Inventory supplier).

• Maintaining and updating the inventory data and freight cost documentation.

• Perform a monthly stock take.

• Perform Stock adjustments for samples, loans, or warranties.

• Perform the cross-checking logistics activity and document. Monitor the product import or export process.

• Perform compliance & compiling n in production & logistic ISO and process.

• Perform general filing duties and maintain and organize the documentation for the production & logistics section.
