Operation Analyst

The Operations Analyst supports the Terminal Manager in monitoring and analyzing operational costs and spend, while contributing to a variety of case‐by‐case projects that drive terminal efficiency and performance. This is an entry‐level individual contributor role well‐suited for a detail‐oriented professional looking to build a career in business analytics while gaining experience in marine terminal and industrial operations. This position is on site at the terminal. Responsibilities Track, analyze, and report on terminal operating costs and spend across key categories, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for savings. Prepare recurring cost and performance reports for terminal leadership. Enable effective budget management by identifying, analyzing, and explaining forecast and budget variances.
