Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, check, and file returned Proof of Delivery (POD) documents
  • Update delivery status in the system
  • Follow up with drivers for PODs,
  • Communicate with drivers to resolve delivery-related matters
  • Maintain accurate delivery and job records
  • Report delivery issues to operations management when required

Skills Required

  • Good communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Basic computer and data entry skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
