Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Operations / Admin Assistant to support our daily business operations. The ideal candidate will assist in administrative tasks, invoicing, and maintaining accurate records to ensure smooth workflow within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue invoices to customers, using SQL
- Record and update payments received
- Maintain and reconcile basic financial records
- Organize, file, and manage company documents systematically
- Update operational data and reports
- Assist in coordinating daily operations and administrative tasks
- Support management with ad-hoc duties when required
