An exciting opportunity is available for a highly experienced Registered Nurse to step into a leadership role of an Operating Floor Coordinator at a private hospital in Melbourne on a permanent full-time basis. ABOUT THE ROLE
The Theatre Floor Coordinator is responsible for the supervision and coordination of the Operating Suite, maintaining a cohesive work and communication network with Perioperative staff and the wider clinical team. Your responsibilities will include:Complementing and supporting management within the multidisciplinary department;
Being responsible for staffing allocations, replacements, and roster preparation;
Taking on operational responsibilities in the absence of the Nurse Unit Manager;
Promoting excellence in clinical practice and ensuring safe patient care;
