Operate and perform maintenance and repairs of: chiller, chilled water pumps and motors, condensing water pumps and motors, cooling tower motors and gearboxes, VFDs, AHUs, exhaust fans, domestic water pumps and motors, air compressors, vacuum pumps and motors, reverse osmosis water systems, boilers, water heaters, recirculation pumps and aerators.Operate BAS/BMS system.Troubleshoot BAS/BMS alarms remotely as well as physically.Participate in next generation maintenance activities included but not limited to: vibration analysis, ultrasound detection, oil sampling, infrared scanning and laser alignment.Maintain responsibility for facility services, preventative maintenance, inventory control and general maintenance with technical proficiency.Maintenance of equipment including but not limited to cleaning, inspecting, calibrating and changing parts.Maintain water treatment control through 3rd party s...
