Job Description
The Operating Engineer supports operation, inspection and maintenance processes to mechanical, HVAC, electrical and plumbing equipment and systems. You will work as part of an engineering team of 3 at Two (2) Medical Buildings in downtown Baltimore. Schedule: ( Hours, 8:30am - 5pm M-F, weekends as needed and on call 24/7)
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Complete assigned tasks that include but are not limited to: painting, pressure washing, maintaining lighting system bulbs/ballasts (as allowed by any licensing requirements), plumbing, HVAC systems, water treatment, locksmith work and general maintenance
• Maintain work order system (CMMS) daily and complete any tenant service requests
