Opera Cloud Management

Join Plexus Tech. We are looking for someone with experience in Operational Management with Opera Cloud and functional knowledge of the application.

The position requires occasional international travel and in-office attendance in Palma 1-2 days a week.

• Monitoring of Opera Cloud functional enhancement release processes
• Participation in Opera Cloud implementation projects (user support)
• Ability to lead Opera Cloud training processes
• General user support and support for certain incidents.
