The SAP VIM & Vendor Portal Functional Consultant is responsible for gathering requirements, designing, configuring, and implementing SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) and Vendor Portal solutions. The role includes integration, testing, support, and post-implementation training to automate Accounts Payable processes.

Key Responsibilities

Business Requirements

• Conduct requirements gathering workshops with business and functional users
• Understand as-is Accounts Payable processes and define the to-be automated process for SAP VIM and Vendor Portal

Analysis & Design

• Analyze business requirements and design best-practice SAP VIM solutions
• Ensure alignment with customer requirements and system capabilities
