Opentext Vim Consultant

The OpenText VIM Consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) solutions to automate and optimize Accounts Payable processes. The role involves working closely with business and technical teams to design best-practice VIM and Vendor Portal integrations, ensuring stable operations from requirement gathering through post–go-live support.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct requirement gathering workshops with business and functional users to understand current and future-state Accounts Payable processes.
• Analyze business requirements and design best-practice SAP VIM and Vendor Portal solutions aligned with customer needs.
• Configure OpenText Archive Center and Invoice Capture Center (IC4S).
• Support SAP Basis consultants during SAP VIM add-on installation and system setup.
